Solely for Ryoji Ikeda fans I d say this is a recording of his concert of C4I and formula [ver 2.2] given on the 13 february 2004 at YCAM, Yamaguchi in Japan. It was the world premiere concert for the work C4I. This is from a press-release by forma in UK they released the booklet and DVD formula that you can find here link (note that I think this will never have a general release as I have had this DVD for three years without seeing any actual release) C4I is 37 minutes long and contained on the first DVD.
